Sunday, April 7th 3:30-5pm - Salty Soul Flow: Yoga, Salt & Sound w/ Deonna Thomas $99

Gather in spiritual community with Deonna Thomas of Good Vibes Yoga Studio and sound healer Katie Cavenagh for a self healing experience in the magical glow of the Soulshine Salt Cavern in Durham.

Our journey will begin with a collective oracle reading, essential oil aromatherapy, and breathwork that will allow you to drop into your physical body and connect more deeply to Spirit and the self. Our bodies are made of the four elements which will be channeled throughout this practice with yogic movement and sound healing.

First working with air through the breath and awakening fire in honor of Aries season with an empowering hatha flow that will incorporate sacral chakra poses and the element of water to cool down the growing heat in the physical body. Eventually we will slow down and come back down to the earth for some grounding support from Pachamama.

Coming to stillness as we rest upon the earth being bathed with the healing sound vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, drums, and other sound healing instruments. Lulled into a restful state, this healing symphony will permeate your mind, body, and Soul while being supported with reiki and halotherapy. Upon awakening you will feel intensely relaxed, yet refreshed and empowered as you return back to reality a stronger and more aligned version of yourself.

We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat, block, blanket, pillow, eye mask, crystals, and anything else to make you feel comfy and spiritually supported during this experience. Some items will be available to borrow upon request.

Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.

Saturday, April 13th 4-5:45pm - Shamanic Sound Meets Spirit w/ Kelly McCarthy $99

Join us in the Soulshine Salt Cavern as we relax, release and renew with Katie sharing her magical gongs and more as Kelly leads you through a guided meditation followed by a gallery style reading for each individual with Katie offering messages through oracle cards and Kelly offering messages from her ancestors and the animal kingdom.

Saturday, April 20th 6:30 - 8pm - Get Stoned: Crystal Grid Sound Healing $99

Get in tune with the Earth through the energy of crystals. Give your energy system a boost for vitality, protection, balance, and more by setting up your body as a grid. Discover the healing vibrations of crystals as you are taken through an Elemental Earth sound journey.

You are welcome to bring your own crystals or borrow some of ours. We will cleanse and bless our crystals and construct a collaborative grid as well as our own personal grids. You will then experience a salt and sound bath that will leave you feeling connected and balanced.

Friday, May 10th 6:30-8pm - Chakra Cleanse $75

Give your elemental chakra system a deep cleanse. Journey through your energy system and dissolve imbalance, purify your vibration, and restore vibrancy. Call upon the elements connected to each chakra to enhance the process and deepen the experience.

Saturday, June 1st 6:30-8pm - Reiki, Salt, & Sound w/ Deborah Page $99

The three elements of reiki, salt, and sound provide a unique spiritual experience. Join reiki masters Deborah Page and Katie Cavenagh in the SoulShine Salt Cavern for a deep restorative sound healing session. 

Reiki
Each participant will receive a short, hands on reiki boost from Deborah, designed to help balance and clear the energy system. 

Salt
45 minutes of salt therapy will also assist in detoxifying the body and reducing stress.

Sound
Katie will be sending distance reiki while offering a soothing sound bath throughout the full session. 

Friday, June 28th 6:30-8pm - Quantum Shifting $75

Align with the timeline you want to be on by changing your perspective. Take a journey through your current blocks and release the cellular code keeping them in place. Recognize patterns keeping you stuck and heal old timelines of disempowerment and fear.
