Sound Healing Fundraiser

Join Katie Cavenagh with Wholistic Journey, the Red Barn’s nonprofit organization for helping healing get in the hands of those who need it, for a sound healing meditation fundraiser to benefit the cause. 

On Friday, April 19th from 6:30-8:30 come to The Red Barn in Durham to learn more about how you can support our cause and to experience a deeply restorative sound bath for yourself. A portion of the suggested donation of $40 is going to aid in funding resources for those who can’t afford holistic healing, which is rarely covered by insurance despite its ever growing positive track record of benefits.

Feel free to bring a mat or lawn chair, pillow, blanket, water, and anything else you want for your comfort. Regular chairs will be provided if you would like to sit upright.

Complementary or alternative therapies can be of great help to so many people as a way to treat the body as a whole rather than just the illness, yet many insurances do not cover them. Our mission is to fill that gap in healthcare.
