Choose your attitude like you choose your clothes.

You ALWAYS have a choice as to how you show up in the world. Confidence is a choice. So is happiness.

Know that when you “choose your outfit” for the day, if you don’t like it, if it’s too restrictive, or if it no longer suits your mood (pun intended), you have the ability to CHANGE IT!

When you’re feeling less than fabulous, choose to wear something that helps lift you to the mood or state of being you’d LIKE to be in.

Start acting like that’s you RIGHT NOW.

With this mental shift, your body will follow, you’ll start to feel better, and hey, you look even more fab when you wear the glow of feeling great!
